Just a quick add on to the one below. My daughter got engaged to her fella last Sunday. They are marrying next Feb so that's my goal to lose a few more K's. So that at least was a good part of the week xx

This is about my fat journey

I want to tell the world how miserable it is to be fat and not have the........................whatever it is I need to lose weight. I want to encourage those just starting out on this journey that this may or may not be the right decision for you but whatever you decide you can guarantee you are going to feel scared witless at times and exilerated at other times. You are going to think you have chosen the right route then think 'what the heck am I thinking'. Its all part of the process to get you to where you need to get to. Everyones journey is personal but I want to share mine because I am proud of where I have come from and even though I am not where I want to be. I am not where I came from either. Good luck with your journey, Its just as valuable as mine and just as exciting but sometimes it takes hindsight to see it! All the best to you xx
